01Why monthly subscription instead of one-time payment?+
Wedding planning takes 12–18 months on average. A monthly plan keeps cost low for couples who only need it for a short window, and it lets us keep building new features instead of charging once and disappearing.
02Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your settings at any time. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.
03What happens after the wedding?+
Your data stays with you. You can keep your subscription for honeymoon planning and thank-you tracking, or cancel and we'll archive your wedding for free.
04Is there an annual plan?+
Yes — Plus is $99/year (save 31%) and Pro is $229/year (save 34%). You can pick monthly or annual at checkout.
05Do you charge fees on cash funds?+
Free plans pay a 5% platform fee on cash gifts. Plus and Pro pay zero — guests' full gift goes to you, minus only Stripe's processing fee.
06I paid for the old one-time premium. What happens to me?+
