1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OurVows ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the OurVows wedding planning platform.
2. Use of Service
OurVows provides an online wedding planning platform. You may use our service for lawful wedding planning purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses
- Harass or spam other users
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Both partners in a couple may access and use the same account.
4. Payment Terms
We use Stripe as our payment processor for Premium and Premium+ plans. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the stated amount.
One-Time Payment Plans
- Premium ($79): One-time payment for lifetime access to all Premium features
- Premium+ ($129): One-time payment for lifetime access to all Premium+ features
Lifetime Access Definition
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as OurVows operates. You acknowledge:
- Lifetime refers to the operational life of OurVows, not your personal lifetime
- Access includes all future updates and feature improvements
- If OurVows ceases operations, we will provide 90 days notice and data export options
- One-time payment sales are final (no refunds after 30 days)
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
6. Intellectual Property
The OurVows platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by OurVows and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your wedding data, photos, and content you upload.
7. User Content
You retain all rights to your wedding data and content. By using OurVows, you grant us permission to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Limitation of Liability
OurVows is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of OurVows after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
